• Elements and Tools of thinking, problem solving and decision making; with exercises
• Critical Thinking Techniques with interactive exercises
• Customized with specific examples and exercises from prior interviews with attendees
• Strategies for different kinds of problems and business challenges
• Critical Thinking Practice and Role Playing with real time issues of the attendees
By the end of the class, the attendees will have a good head start Thinking Critically on a current business problem and some new thinking regarding some of the solutions. When they return to their desk, they already know how to proceed.
