The attendees will gain an understanding of effective critical thinking, the approaches to different kinds of problems, and practical techniques and strategies to analyze and address them. The course includes:
• A 3 component process for critical thinking about problems, goals, decisions, situations and innovation.
• "Thinksheet" guides to help in getting clear about a situation, reaching a conclusion and making a decision.
• Numerous Critical Thinking Techniques with interactive and group exercises
• Customized with specific examples and exercises from prior interviews with attendees
• Strategies for different kinds of problems and business challenges
• Critical Thinking Practice and Role Playing with real time issues of the attendees
By the end of the class, the attendees will have a good head start Thinking Critically on a current business problem and some new thinking regarding some of the solutions. When they return to their desk, they already know how to proceed.
